What You Need
- A smartphone that is turned on
- Someone calling you (or a test call)
How to Answer a Phone Call
- When your phone rings, look at the screen
- You will see the caller’s name or number
- Tap the green button, or swipe it, to answer
- Hold the phone near your ear
- Speak normally
Take your time. There is no rush.
How to End a Phone Call
- When you are finished talking
- Look for the red button
- Tap it once
- The call will end
That’s it.
If You Miss the Call
- The phone will stop ringing
- You may see a missed call message
- You can tap it to call back later
Nothing is broken if you miss a call.
Using Speakerphone (Optional)
If you want to hear the call without holding the phone:
- During the call, look for Speaker
- Tap it once
- The sound will come from the phone’s speaker
- Tap Speaker again to turn it off
Good to Know
- You cannot damage your phone by pressing the wrong button
- If the screen goes dark, this is normal
- You can always call back if something goes wrong
